A simple process from first idea to finished team order
Bambuli works directly with your team organizer to clarify the details, prepare the artwork, confirm the roster, and keep the order moving from quote through delivery.

Tell us what your team needs
Start with a quote request. Share your estimated quantity, preferred shirt color, customization ideas, target date, and any artwork you already have. You do not need to have every detail finalized.

Prepare the artwork and mockup
Your supplied artwork is prepared as needed, or optional design assistance can be provided. A digital mockup is then created showing the planned design placement and overall appearance.

Give final production approval
Once the design, roster, sizes, deposit, and production details are finalized, Bambuli will confirm the order for production. Changes after final approval may not be possible and can affect cost or timing.

Review the order details
Bambuli will review your request, clarify any questions, and confirm the available options and estimated pricing.

Review and approve the mockup
Review the mockup carefully before approving it. This is your opportunity to confirm the design, placement, spelling, names, numbers, and other visible details.

Production
The current estimate is about three weeks after all order details are finalized. Timing is confirmed for each order and is not guaranteed.

Confirm the scope and deposit
Once you are ready to move forward, the order scope is confirmed and a $100 deposit is required before artwork and mockup preparation begin.

Finalize the roster and sizes
Confirm the final shirt quantity, size breakdown, player names, numbers, and any individual customization before production.

Final payment and delivery
The remaining balance is due upon delivery. Orders are primarily delivered personally, with other arrangements handled case by case.

The mockup is intended to confirm the design, general appearance, placement, names, numbers, and other customization details before production. Colors shown on a screen may vary somewhat from the finished garment.
