Order Policies
These policies explain how Bambuli handles custom team orders, approvals, payments, production, and corrections. Specific order details are confirmed in the final quote and approval process.
Minimum order
The current minimum order is 15 shirts. Mixed sizes may be included in the same team order.
Garment availability
Garment colors, sizes, and availability depend on current supplier inventory and are confirmed when the order is finalized. If an originally requested option is unavailable, Bambuli will discuss available alternatives before production.
Quotes and pricing
Website pricing reflects Bambuli’s current standard offer. The final quote confirms the pricing and scope for a specific order. Unusual artwork, customization, sourcing, or other special requirements may affect the final price.
Applicable taxes or fees, if any, will be reflected in the final order total.
Deposit
A $100 deposit is required before artwork and digital mockup preparation begin.
The deposit is applied toward the team order. Optional paid design-service fees are separate from the deposit.
Design-service fees
If paid design assistance is requested, the scope and estimated fee will be confirmed before that work begins. Design-service fees become nonrefundable once the associated design work has started.
Cancellation and refunds
An order may be cancelled before production begins, and the order deposit will be refunded. Once production begins, the deposit is forfeited.
For this purpose, production begins when Bambuli commits the order to a production supplier or vendor, or begins customization of the garments, whichever occurs first.
If Bambuli is unable to fulfill an order, payments collected for unfulfilled production will be refunded as appropriate.
Digital mockup and approval
A digital mockup is provided for review before production. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the design, placement, spelling, player names, numbers, and other customization details.
Changes requested after final production approval may not be possible and may affect pricing or timing.
Roster and sizing
The customer is responsible for approving the final quantity, size breakdown, player names, numbers, and other roster information before production.
Published size comparisons and fit guidance are intended as approximate aids and are not fit guarantees. Customers should review the Size Guide carefully before approving sizes.
Colors and digital previews
Colors shown on screens and in digital mockups are approximate. Displays vary, and finished garment and design colors may differ somewhat from their digital appearance. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Production timing
The current production estimate is about three weeks after the design, roster, deposit, and other production details are finalized. Timing is confirmed for each order and is not guaranteed.
Customers with a tournament, event, or other target date should provide that date as early as possible so Bambuli can evaluate whether the requested schedule appears workable.
Production errors
If a finished item materially differs from the approved mockup or final roster because of a production error, Bambuli will work with the customer to correct or replace the affected item as appropriate.
Errors that were already present in customer-approved artwork, spelling, player information, sizes, numbers, or other approved order details are not considered production errors.
Final payment
The remaining order balance is due upon delivery. Accepted payment methods are Card, Venmo, and PayPal.
Delivery
Local orders are primarily delivered personally. Other delivery arrangements may be available depending on the order and location and will be confirmed as needed. Shipping within the United States is available for an additional charge. Shipping charges will be confirmed with the order.
Reorders
Reorders may be possible. There is currently no separate published reorder minimum, but garment availability, pricing, and production requirements may change. Reorder details are confirmed at the time of the request.
Order-specific terms
If a final written quote or approved order includes terms that differ from the general information on this page, the order-specific written terms will govern that order.
