Information on the website is general information and does not by itself create an order or guarantee that a particular product, option, price, or schedule will be available.
Quote requests
Submitting a quote request, contact form, email, or other inquiry does not place an order or obligate either the customer or Bambuli to proceed.
Order details, pricing, timing, customization, and availability are confirmed separately before production.
Orders and written terms
Custom team orders are also subject to Bambuli’s Order Policies and the specific written quote, mockup, roster, approval, and other order details confirmed with the customer.
If order-specific written terms differ from general information shown on the website, the order-specific written terms govern that order.
Customer-submitted artwork and content
Customers may submit team names, logos, graphics, artwork, photographs, text, player information, and other materials for use in preparing or producing an order.
By submitting materials to Bambuli for an order, the customer gives Bambuli permission to use, reproduce, resize, adapt, prepare, and share those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate the request, prepare artwork or mockups, communicate with production providers, and produce the requested items.
The customer retains any ownership rights the customer already has in submitted materials.
Rights to submitted materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the right or permission to use and submit any logos, trademarks, artwork, photographs, names, or other protected materials provided to Bambuli.
Do not submit materials that you know you are not authorized to use or that unlawfully infringe the rights of another person or organization.
Bambuli website and branding
The Bambuli name, logos, website design, original website text, graphics, and other Bambuli-created branding materials are owned by Bambuli or used with appropriate permission. They may not be copied or used as another business’s branding without permission.
Prohibited website use
Do not use the website or its forms to submit unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, abusive, or intentionally misleading information or content, or to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Third-party services
